i finally gave these back to allen,
but i want them back, i didnt really watch them XD

oh my goodness, has the week already ended?!?!?
who said that it could do that??!?! HUH?!?! did i say that the week could end?!?! no i don't think that i did!
oh well.. too much to say about it, and not enough space, or enough people to read about it, so why am i still dwelling on it!?!

about the past week, monday: i dont remember.... hopefully there wasn't anything important, with my luck, julie will be hitting me for not remembering something important about monday, but that is my life...tuesday: hrm... again... nothing too huge....ooh, but i do remember something about monday, i had a DMV appt.... apparently, no matter what, if you want to get a driver's license you HAVE TO have your birth certificate. so for me, no license.. but i did get a bank account out of that day, which is okay..... other things on tuesday, i announced my first screening of anime in the club. it was set for friday... went well, more about that soon.... wednesday, again nothing monumental.... did i do anything after school?.... cant think of anything, so nope... prolly went to tutoring....thursday, again nothing but tutoring after school.... then friday.... dentist from 10 till one practically, my dad scheduled his appt the same day, but at 11:30. so i was done and was stuck in the lobby for an extra hour or so... not bad, did a drawing that i had been working on, its so cute!^_^! then went to school. snuck by papadakis and out of a detention, was so lucky on that one....then a somewhat free period in guitar.... it was okay.... then the screening, which will get its own paragraph ^_^...

it was so cool, but setting it up was a bitch! i went to Ryan, one of the school's IT guys, and requested a projector on which i would show the movie, well he said sure, but when i left guitar, he wasn't there,.... crap!.... so i ran around trying to find him, or a projector, i went into O-W's room... jeff was there, and so was everybody wanting to see the show... she had a projector on a cart! i thought, maybe ryan had left it for me.... NO! O-W immediately screamed NO at me and then proceeded to rub it in by leaving with the projector, thinking that ryan might still be in his office i headed there, to my chagrin O-W was already there, but ryan was not, so i had to act cool about it.... it sucked... O-W cant seem to trust students with a 3,000 dollar projector, but she thinks that 16 year olds can handle daddy or mommie's 45,000 car?!?! what a goof! anyway... i stood there dumb-founded, jeff at my side, then i remembered, Mrs. Oicles! she always has a projector, and it was even the one that i was going to use.... WOOT!!! so i ran to her room and begged the wonderful woman to use her machine, being the goddess she is she humbly agreed... i don't think i had been happier all that day! i said thanks, and rushed out of her room and literally RAN down the hall to the other side of the school to O-W's room, jeff had informed them all of my plot, and me showing up to confirm was all that it took to send a convoy of Metropolis seeker to Mrs. Oicles room.
They all waited outside for me to get there, David, Sataya and Vince all were carrying David's 2.1 Bose Accoustamass system so they and i and jeff squeezed in to set up... Mrs. Oicles had pulled her computer from the cart and was packing her stuff to leave. no sooner had i placed my laptop on the cart and plugged in the power and other cables then david and the others had their stuff up and running, we connected and turned on the projector, jeff pulled the screen down and i opened the DVD player....
the doors opened and a waft of people rushed in to get seats... there were minor arrangements, the front of the left and right isle had to be used as speaker stands, and i needed a chair to sit on... all was good, but people wanted refreshments and such, so we began to play my small collection of music vids, mostly for sound level testing, but also to entertain while jeff and david ran for munchies for the club... at about 3:30 to 3:45 we got going, the lights were off, the people seated, the chips and salsa being munched behind me, i opened the DVD player again, and began the movie..... it was wonderful! everybody loved it, and i think that many people would like to borrow it now!^_^! we had a short intermission where david sataya and i ran to the soda machines for some drink, but after that, it was flawless... it was so wonderful!

now onto saturday, carolyn's party, it was a bit of an odd day, i saw spider man at 2:30, it rocked, and then headed home, my dad and i cleaned the bed of his truck out and got it all clean and shiny, well as shiny as plastic can be i guess, anyway, at about 6:45 i loaded my two speaker cabs, my amp, my EQ and my dad's mixer into the bed, with the assortment of cables and such... then we headed to the White Ave Mormon Chapel, well the Cultural Hall anyway, it was the larger of the majority of the LDS churches i had ever been in, well the stake center in Mo was bigger, but i thought that this one was pretty big... anyway, i got all set up, but i was missing an extension cable and one RCA cable, so i asked my dad to go get them, he did... and so i was ready, had my laptop on, the music set the sound system ready, and a baptism that i had to wait an additional hour to let it end! oh my lord, my baptism didn't take that long and i was late for it! anyway, the night was perfect, good food (egg-rolls) good drink (bottled water, and cranberry raspberry snapple) and even better company! Carolyn looked really pretty in her dress, and i even got to dance with her, she is so tiny!!! i had no idea, i mean she is light and all, but goodness, that girl is tiny! anyway, lots of fun, jeff brought glow sticks and did some "ravin" moves to some propellorheads and some mangoo, even a little tomatic, not that you know who those DJ's are, but thats okay. bout 10:40 my dad came back, i shut it all down, and packed up, gave carolyn a kiss on the forehead said happy birthday and then headed out... got home and hit the bed and didn't get up till about noon today, or sunday, considering that its monday now... either way! it was great!
