i finally gave these back to allen,

well i guess now is a good time as ever to talk about my weekend (four WONDERFUL days) spent with Amy.
um... lets see... where to start... uh.. oh.. how bout thursday.. i had planned to wake up and get in the shower and be out of the room/house before eight, as to get to Oakland International Airport with much time to spare.. those of you that know me, know that nothing of that sort could have ever happened! So i wake up at eight and rush out the door, showered and somewhat shaved i am getting to BART, thinking about all the things i needed to get completed, and remembered that one, i live three or more blocks away from BART, two, i have at least 30 stairs up to my room in my building... and more, but i forget them... oh yeah, that my bed is a top bunk, and i dont have a "ladder" per se.. anyway.. so i get on BART and am about all the way to Oakland Colosseum/Airport station when my phone rings, its her, she is wondering where i am... well, i am still on BART, and i tell her i should be there in a couple of min... i mean, there is that AirBART thingy to OAK right?!!? well... what they always seem to fail to tell you is that it costs money, and not like you can just swipe a bart ticket, no, you have to go buy a separate bart ticket, for two dollars and then put it in the little collection thing... stupid system. very stupid system. anyway so i get half way to the airport, its been at east fifteen min, so i call amy and let her know what's up, and i get to the airport. i am then looking for the terminal she is in... ::act of looking at signs:: southwest...southwest.. where is it..... i see american.... uh... united..... oh there it is! ::end looking:: ::begin confusion:: its the only one in terminal two!?! ::end confusion:: yeah, there are two terminals, and south west is the only one in terminal two... goofy eh!? anyway. so i ride to terminal 2 and remember that she said she would be in baggage claim... so i run cross the street and go inside...... no amy... i look around... no amy... i keep looking... no amy.. i look outside.... no amy.... are you seeing a pattern yet!?! so i decide to call her, and then i spot her. standing right by where i ran cross the street, a wonder that she didn't see me in the first place... so i hit end on my phone and i see her pick hers up... i rush up and she grabs me with the force of a young bear to its mother when frightened... anyway.. we get her bags, make the attempt of sane workings with AirBART (never going to happen if you ask me) and then go back to my place.
so far not much has happened... we end up taking the bus to my place from bart, its too far for her to walk, (she tore her Achilles tendon dancing) and she hates her crutches, so we get into my place and sit.. then we look at each other, and sit more.... then we did something... i dont remember, or maybe i do, and i just dont want you to know, but we ended up watching TV, and eating KFC (funny that she is a vegetarian) and then we i guess have spent enough time and we are now sleeping... thats day one... day two we wake up, go to BART and head for San Jose (this being the 4th of July) we goof off... watch a little bit of movie, go swimming, eat some foods, and then go to Great America for fireworks, we get there early and spend much time holding each other (well it was more me holding her to keep her warm) and looking around at the morons who lower their cars and try to go over speed bumps... there were a couple of really bad ones, but it was funny to watch anyway.. she loved the fireworks. it was late and we went home and slept. the next day we got "started" late and went out for lunch over by Applebees (Mc Carthy Ranch area) and then drive... and drive more.. and then finally after much back-tracking end up at the San Jose Rose Garden (so pretty, and romantic, sort of thing) we then went out for ice cream at the only dairy queen in the bay area and then home. we stayed in and watched Back to the Future, one and then the second one as well...then sleep... we woke up and went out for breakfast with dad and madeleine at Stacks' and it was good... they (dad and madeleine) then dropped us (me and amy) off at my place and we goof off till time to leave. we head for OAK and find out her plane is late, so we eat (well they give me a cool pass and allow me to "escort her to the terminal and gate") and then we walk to the gate and sit... and sit.. and sit some more.. she is getting sad and i am too... we move spots and wait for her plane to get there... i get a free copy of Harry Potter Book 5,(thats another story bit all together) and then she starts to cry, and i stop her, and we hug, and she cries more, and i stop her again, and then start it again, and then stop.. etc.. and then she leaves... i wait for her plane to leave and then leave myself... i get home and am a wreck so i wait for chris to show up and we go out to watch Terminator 3, not great, but something to keep me busy. and thats it... not much else to tell... leaving it at that for now... more on this @ 11... or something... later
