thats the link to craigslist.org to see my posting, its the same as the block text below this post, but it has all the contact buttons and stuff... i hope i get replies, the last time i did this i got a "job" in less than a week, and i loved it! now if only i can keep that same stride! wish me luck, see you all around!
my latest attempt at additional work, well paid work anyway....
Have you been one of those people that watches Food network and wished you could have private one on one lessons with a chef, or even have one cook for you!?!?
Your wait is now over! Act now, this is a limited time offer to have me, yes thats right! Me to come and teach you all the "secrets" and "tricks" behind the culinary field.
Always wanted to make a souffle, but couldn't ever get it to stay "puffed", wanted to make the perfect Cake, Steak, or Break an egg with one hand?!? Well give me a call, send me an e-mail, or just plain beat down my door (additional charges for door repair).
My working schedule puts me available to show you the "whisk" after 3:00 pm every day of the week. and i am flexible to your culinary needs!
More about me, i am a Graduate of the California Culinary Academy (full resume is available on request) And also Certified in the NRA (national restaurant assoc.) Nutrition, and Safety and Sanitation courses (yes, i even have the certificates!) I am currently employed with Left Bank, at the Santana Row location, as an Extern (imagine an internship, and just mess up the word) and i am looking for a way to expand my self creatively, and to learn more in my field by teaching others, and learning with them.
Pricing is negotiable, (please, no monopoly money...) as is your "lessons" and times for which you wish to cook. I'm afraid i can't cover all food expenses, but i can help you make good decisions as far as where to shop, and what to buy (grocery stores, and deli/meat market trips are encouraged "field trips"). Additional charges may apply for "longer distance" employment, but can be worked out. Please contact me with your questions, or even suggestions/service queries, i am open to many other working opportunities that may need to be fulfilled in, or around your kitchen (please, no landscaping or "daily chores", but i can offer a few suggestions for people for that job as well.)
Thank you for your time, and please, act now, for your free gift..... okay, so its not a gift, but it is a free trial run for you to experience all that is a CCA Chef. (Note; My schedule currently holds September 18th through the 24th as unavailable, sorry, but maybe we can work something out)
